Are baby playpens or other types of pop up playpens allowed on the beach in North Myrtle after May 15? See the picture to understand they types. I have read the beach laws and it talks about shading devices and tents. I want to bring something to contain a 15 month old that would keep him under a regular pole umbrella. Thanks for any feedback.
