Immediate opening for a Maintenance person working part-time. The hours vary based on current projects. Most work is task driven; which means that often you will be able to pick the time of the day or night to accomplish the tasks, making this an excellent second job or where you are just interested in picking up some extra money! Light maintenance – changing lights, ceiling tiles, repairs, small painting projects etc. Reliable transportation is a must – you will be traveling locally and paid both on the clock and by the mile. Office Sanitation – weekly hard surface wipe down of high touch areas in the tax offices. This is NOT janitorial! Other tasks as assigned.
