Looking for a Youth Softball Director/Coach

Hello, We have just launched a new indoor training facility with 3 tunnels for hitting/pitching. Out established baseball program has been going strong for 10 years, and we have had countless inquiries to add softball. We are open to the idea, it will just be a matter of finding the right leader to build the program around the exact same values that our program centers around. Opportunity exists for individual lessons, it will be up to you to build the clientele. I'm looking for someone with Softball playing experience and a solid reputation and commitment to youth. Our goal is to make sure financially that everyone has access to advanced training and the ability to play at the next level. We DON'T hold open tryouts and just handpick the best of the best. We train and develop the athlete and the person. If that doesn't motivate you, then you're just a coach looking for trophies, not the reward of identifying talent, character and drive...then making it the all around athlete to be proud of. Again, looking for somebody that preferably has some college experience, not "I've been coaching my kids Rec/Travel team since she was 5." Thanks for volunteering, but we teach advanced mechanics, fundamentals, and use technology to track and measure.
