Hiring for a secret shop + data collection project that involves driving to a provided list of stores in your area to take photos, conduct customer service interviews, and observe customer behavior at each location. Tasks: • Submitting one typed report per location. • Taking 30-50 pictures per location and uploading to a shared cloud folder. • Conducting a brief interview with one or more customer service representatives while posing as a customer. • Store calls while posing as a customer. • Spending 1-2 hours at each location observing customers, while keeping the appearance of a shopper. Schedule: • The schedule is flexible between the hours of 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 10am-7pm on weekends. The contractor will be given a list of 6-10 stores and when these are complete, the job is complete. Must-Haves: • Organizational skills (very important). • Camera phone or digital camera. A smart phone makes this project much easier. • Access to a computer (handwritten reports will not be accepted). • Basic invoicing skills. • A car or easy, efficient transportation. 1099 Independent Contractor Position Rate of Pay: $15/hour + mileage
