Firepit pavers and additional patio

I have some left over pavers from doing my patio last year. I also will need some new pavers to make an extension of what I have. I also might want some low walls out of CMU to sit on around the fire. Would be looking to hire someone to do it all, dig, install stone/sand, and pavers.
