Description
Got an a$$hole neighbor, likes to blast music at all hours of night. Cops don't help so.... I need some ideas that will get rid of this jerk or at least quiet the music. Tried asking nicely but was threatened with violence so now its game time. I'm not looking to harm anyone or destroy property. Just looking for new ways to annoy them as much as they annoy us lol. So let's hear some suggestions. Thanks.
