GAITHERSBURG, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Gaithersburg teenager. Santa Garcia, 14, was last seen around 2 p.m. Wednesday at her Chorlee Court home. Investigators describe Garcia as a 5-foot-3, 116-pound female with brown eyes and black hair. Police say she was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and black and purple shoes.
