What they don't tell you is that all slave holders in Washington were Compensated for the theft/confiscation of their legally owned property under the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The later "Emancipation Proclamation" just was simple theft w/O compensation which was yet another breach of the Constitution by Lincoln. Further, Lincoln did not free anyone in MD,Delaware, or other Northern States and had no authority in the CSA.
