NAUGATUCK, CT - A Naugatuck resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 25, Henry Rau, of Naugatuck, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from the Smoke Plus shop in Naugatuck and won $10,000.
