Found an all black male cat on March 25, 2021. Short hair. Not neutered (when caught) and does not have a microchip. Found near Camelback Road and 21st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015. Was caught as part of TNR program, but is clearly not feral. He purrs and loves to be pet.
