Cleaning person needed for VACANT apartment turn overs

Seeking a kind, discreet, and self-sufficient sub-contracted cleaning person or team to thoroughly clean vacant apartments prior to new residents moving in AS NEEDED- typically, one or two per month. Usually I can provide a notice 2 weeks prior to date needed and you may have a window of a couple days to complete the job. Units typically take around 3hrs cleaning time - some more than others. The goal is to provide a clean, welcoming, sanitary home for our new residents to move right in and enjoy without the stress of doing any cleaning themselves. Next job will be two units around the 2nd week of April. Our 36 apartments are modest 800 sq ft 2 bd/1/ba with the exception of 2 larger townhouses. Most have new flooring, are freshly painted, and have brand new appliances. Some units will require more attention than others. Dust from recent construction will be likely. Kitchen cabinets and bath tubs typically need lots of love. You must provide the supplies and equipment, be responsible and trustworthy, and provide references.
