This pairing is highlighting the talents of our very own Chef, Carlton Hennigan, and Brew Master, Patrick Gibson. We are pairing our beer with some exclusive courses, giving you mouthfuls of delicious flavors with each bite and sip. The dinner pairings are: Breezy Blonde with a Seasoned Tabbouleh Salad Harmonic Hefeweizen with Grilled Shrimp topped with Pulled Pork Bacon and Mango Salsa Grand Strand IPA with Chicken Confit on a Toasted Crostini, side of Black Rice and sautéed vegetables. Pollywog Porter with Chocolate Tart With the purchase of a ticket you don’t only get to enjoy this exclusive tasting, but also get to enjoy a free pint (your choice from of the four beers) in a free TCB pint glass.
