Insurance Store Inc. is having a shred party! Get rid of your old or confidential paperwork as we host our 1st Annual Shred Event in our office parking lot. Maximum of 3 boxes. (See instructions below.) Keeping it easy with a simple drive thru system, our staff will assist with unloading the boxes from your vehicle. In addition to shredding your old papers, we would like to lend a hand to Circle of Concern by collecting much needed food items during our Shred Event. The need has been great during this past year, and summers are notoriously hard on our food pantries. If you could drop off a box of cereal or jar of peanut butter with your old papers, we and the Circle would greatly appreciate it. (Contributing to the food drive is not a requirement for participating in our Shred Event.) Purge your file cabinets and paper boxes and come meet and greet our staff! INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVENT: Please pre-register for the event to avoid long wait times.Clients may bring papers in any container, but boxes are preferred as they are easier to quickly remove papers from.Clients are limited to the equivalent of 3 (three) file-sized boxes. A "file-sized" or "bankers" box is approximately 12"W x 15"L x 10"H or roughly equal to the capacity of two paper grocery bags.Please remove all trash, batteries, and other non-paper items. Paper clips, staples, and small binder clips do not need to be removed from paper.Shredding service is provided by Marco.
