PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Plan for two weeks of a lane closure on Franklin Avenue in Phoenixville as trenches are restored. Phoenixville Borough is planning a weekday lane closure on Route 113 (Franklin Avenue) between Emmett Street and High Street in Phoenixville Borough starting March 29 continuing duringthe daytime through Monday, April 12, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The lane closures will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PennDOT said. Phoenixville Borough will complete the trench restoration project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
