Man Pepper Sprayed On Broad Street Line, Suspect Sought

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help finding a man who pepper sprayed another person on the Broad Street line earlier this month. According to police, the man above pepper sprayed a 35-year-old man at about 1:30 a.m. March 14 while on SEPTA Broad Street line. Police described the suspect as a black man in his teens with a heavy build who was wearing a black hat black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black and white sneakers and a backpack.
