LA GRANGE, IL — The La Grange police released their latest blotter. Here is information from the reports: A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested about 3:30 a.m. on two counts of aggravated battery (one involving a victim who is 60 or older), obstructing identification, criminal damage to property under $300 and criminal trespass to property. The crime was a home invasion in the 700 block of South 11th Avenue. The juvenile was found in the victim's yard. Patch has filed a public records request to get more information on the incident. Daniel Hernandez, 24, of Chicago, was cited about 4 p.m. March 22 on two counts of criminal damage to property. According to the police report, he was accused of writing graffiti in the parking garage at 80 S. Sixth Ave.A resident in the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue reports selling a MacBook Pro on Facebook Messenger and never getting paid for it. The MacBook was priced at $1,200. The report was made Tuesday.An unsecured gray Specialized bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday from a bike rack in the Walgreens parking lot, 2 N. La Grange Road.Someone slashed the tires on a car overnight Tuesday in the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue. The cost of the tire repairs was $1,100. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
