I have a 50 lb dog that we have had for over 2 years. She is a sharpei shepherd mix. She recently got out of our house due to a door being unlatched and got into a fight with the neighbor’s dog (a shih tzu). I am not sure why my dog attacked this dog but she caused significant damage to my neighbors dog. The dog had surgery and is expected to make a full recovery. I have 2 small children, 5 and 6, a 15 year old dog and a 10 y.o cat and even though the dog has never shown any aggression behavior in the last 2 years, my wife and I have lost trust in Daisy and feel that she would be better off in a new home without other pets or small kids. I spoke to the animal control in Belton and they told me to message you for help placing her in a good home. Thank you
