Quaglino Properties is a family owned and operated business established in San Luis Obispo in 1922. Quaglino Properties develops, invests, manages and maintains commercial and multi-family developments of family owned properties. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to carry-out our building janitorial services.
The job duties and responsibilities will include;
Cleaning and disinfection of all common areas of office buildings and residential mixed use properties.
Residential move-outs
Carpet steam cleaning
Vacuuming, dusting, hard surface flooring cleaning
Must have a clean driving California driving record.
