I WILL PAY YOU. 21 y/o looking for a practice space where I would be able to get pretty loud with some drums and other instruments. If you own a field that would work great but a room can work too. Name your price. I wouldn’t be there everyday but I would like to dedicate some time to practice a few days out of the week
