Duties include but are not limited to: **Responsible for the outcome of every scheduled job for their crew. **Ensures timely, NEAT, professional applications. **Always exhibits safe driving habits where applicable. If not driver, ensures vehicles are driven in a safe manner, adhering to all laws and regulations. **Always exhibits professional appearance, manner and speech. Able to communicate well with customers. **Communicates needs to Foreman/Owner**Able to work independently while being productive. **Competent time management for self and crew. **DOT compliant **Ability to use a cell phone for calls and texts. **Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
