We are a local landscaping/property management company located in Kennebunk, ME looking for crew members. We do a variety of landscaping and house maintenance services (i.e. mowing, pruning, mulching, trimming, edging, planting, hardscaping, softscaping, weeding, handyman, painting, drywall, snow removal, etc). We are currently seeking P/T & F/T seasonal or potentially year round for the right candidate. Experience is preferred but not required.   POSITIONS START IMMEDIATELY Hours are generally: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday (some flexibility can be discussed or possibility to work 40 hours in 4 days for longer weekends) Extreme weather conditions or a special project may warrant occasional weekend work but it's rare.  Company tee shirts, long sleeves and sweatshirts provided.  Boot Allowance after 60 days. Paid company holidays after 90 days. Pay based on experience-$16-$22/hr + BONUS-based on exceptional performance Weekly payroll by direct deposit  Requirements/Qualifications:  -Love to work outdoors in all weather conditions -Has knowledge or wants to learn how to use all types of equipment & different skills (mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, skid steer, compactors, dump trucks, painting, plaster work, pruning, gardening, mulching, hardscapes, carpentry, etc) -Clean drivers license with reliable transportation to/from work -Field repair or shop repair/maintenance is a plus.  -Basic plant knowledge is a plus -Likes to perform a variety of tasks -Is reliable & takes pride in the finish product of their work  -Likes fast paced work environments -No smoking on designated work locations -Must be able to sit, stand & kneel for long hours, push, pull, & lift over 50lbs without over extending yourself Call or text anytime to discuss
