Looking for someone who has some extra room and wouldnt mind some extra money and house/yardwork help. Ive been looking for a rental but most are either Low-income or Tourist Rent Rates (Super high). If you have some extra room like a walk out basement you dont use much or even just a spare room i'd be interested in renting it. Female in 40's - easy to get along with and dont mind helping out with chores plus paying rent. I need something in the next 4-6 weeks as my lease is up where I am right now. Prefer out of town location. Good references.
