DAKOTA COUNTY, MN— The Dakota County Board of Commissioners approved $1.2 million in upgrades to the Lawshe Memorial Museum, The Pioneer Press reported. According to The Pioneer Press, $900,000 of these funds will be used for accessibility requirements: Handicapped parkingSignage changes on the outside of the buildingElevator changesUpgrades to restroomsBuilding of two ADA restrooms on the building's main level.According to The Pioneer Press, the remaining $300,000 will be used for improvements in the areas impacted by the construction of the restrooms.
