Guided Meditation in English
Meditation is a valuable tool to stabilize the mind, get calm and distance from what we think and feel.
The objective of these sessions is to learn to live calmly, happily, and in peace with ourselves and with others, dissolving the internal tensions of the mind and the negativities that make us unhappy.
