EAST BAY, CA — East Bay voters decided whether they want incumbent U.S. Rep. Mark DeSaulnier (D-CA) to serve another term. The Associated Press called the race Wednesday morning. He fended off Republican challenger Nisha Sharma, a realtor and business owner, in the race to represent California's 11th Congressional District.
