Need 3 strong moving laborers only *no truck required*

It's ok if you can't answer yes to all these questions, as long as you are forthright and a hard worker I think we can work something out: 1) do you have experience in moving/loading a truck? 2) do you have an array of dollies? 3) do you have rope? I need help loading freezer panels into a rented Penske truck for tmrw, 3.27.21 at 11am. I am on Brandon Rd in Fallbrook. Pay: $21.50 cash per mover per hour, 3.5 hr minimum ($21.50 x 3 movers x 3.5 hrs = $225.75). Same thing as $64.50 per hour, 3.5 hr minimum. So each person will get $75.25 minimum.
