75 minute circuit fitness event with corresponding event for the kids! Spinjunkie PopUp, M43 Fitness,The Barre Code of East Lansing, Spartan Fit, Namastaceyoga, Alexandra Jean Fitness & Lansing Area Littles are teaming up for an outdoor circuit fitness event that you will not want to miss! The workout will start with a warm up with Michelle from the Barre code. Following that, there will be a 45 minute long three part circuit with Justin from SpinJunkie, Alexandria from Alexandria Jean Fit and Scott from M43. We will close out class with a cool down with Namastaceyoga, for a total of a 90 minute workout that will challenge your mind and your muscles. Simultaneously, Spartan Fit and Lansing Area Littles will host a kids event including a Ninja Warrior course, crafts and lots of playtime.
