I am searching for a FABULOUS EXTREMELY DETAILED Inspector/Assistant for a short term Airbnb/VRBO residential property in the Point Loma area. This property is listed on Airbnb Plus and has great reviews so we have HIGH standards! MUST have STRONG attention to detail and follow instructions. This position is part time. You will be working along side my housekeeper so some cleaning will be part of the position. Hours are usually 11-4 or 12-4 on any given day and other times through out the week for shopping, errands, etc. I pay same day via Cashapp or Zelle. You will be an independent contractor and must fill out a 1099 for tax purposes. **Spanish speaking is preferred** I am looking to fill this position asap. I would like to hire and start training next week. Pay - Pays by job NOT hourly. $70.00 per inspection/cleaning $30.00 check in inspection/cleaning $30.00 take trash out/in $25.00 meet anyone onsite (guests, technicians, pool guy) $25.00 change out batteries on keypads $25.00 shopping trips $150.00 if have to clean on your own, if my housekeeper can not MUSTS - presentable available when needed Car smart phone speak English experience with cleaning 3 references Please contact me by phone call or email ONLY - I will not respond to text messages.
