Maintenance Technicians needed Local property management company seeking experienced maintenance tech with general maintenance/construction knowledge. Year round, full time(40+) employment. • $17.00 to start DOE plus benefits • 2 years minimum experience • Clean driving record with proof of insurance • Able to pass pre hire physical and drug screen • Able to work in inclement weather • Rotate with 24 hr on call duty • Use of personal vehicle required (no cars- must be able to tow small trailer), with a mileage reimbursement provided • Must have own basic tools • Experience in minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs • Able to work independently and track job times/costs accurately Let us know what you have to bring to our diverse team!
