Although I agree with some of your points I thought it was also fair for me to offer a rebuttal to it.
1) If a particular piece of legislation impacts people of different races to differing degrees, you're damn right it's racist.
-Does that mean all legislation? So by liberal standards then I could apply it to something like the child tax credit by saying that’s a racist piece of legislation being that whites statistically on average have fewer children then say Hispanics or Indians which would in turn make that affect whites to a different degree then Hispanics or Indians who chose to have larger families.
2) Voting is a fundamental right for American citizens. Driving a car is not.
Correct
3) ID cards cost money. Requiring someone to purchase an ID card to be eligible to vote is, therefore, a poll tax. Poll taxes are illegal, per the 24th amendment.
-This is incorrect, in Georgia you can obtain a identification card for voting purposes that is valid for 8 years free of cost, look it up its worth a google.
Have a nice day.
