Description

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide excellent customer service for Coppertone Suncare products in specific retail chains. You will play a key role in assisting to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions. You must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude with a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues to be successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our accounts satisfied and purchasing our products. Responsibilities Routine store visits within in an assigned territory Provide accurate information (e.g. demographics, what products are selling? /not selling? product knowledge, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct competitive analysis within your territory Ensure racks are fully stocked and tagged Coordinate with the Suncare Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Set up and maintain product displays to schematics Requirements Proven work experience as a Retail Merchandiser, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to walk, bend, stand, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in a fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Must be 18 years or older Drivers license Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Salary: $15 - $16 hourly Experience: retail sales/customer service: 1 year (Preferred) retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License: driver's license
