Description

We are a Well established private client SouthamptonDesign-consulting, and construction management firm.  We are seeking talented energetic persons both part and full time to help coordinate and complete  our clients project both to the highest best standards of quality and with seamless communication.  Through team meetings both on and off site,  maintaining great and concise records, notes, choice selections and assisting with other client project details through an organized, smooth and concise practice of clear communication is the principle job. We are a low key, family orientated group located in the village Southampton. We also understand the importance of balanced time!  Assist principle with project and client requests. Flexible hours, 401k available, Word, Excel, Dropbox, Zoom and general office skills including  ffiles, insurance, letter and email writing and tracking a must. Excellent writing and people skills a must!  Background in residential design and work a big plus, knowledge of the area are important.  The ability to work with others with professionalism, respect and kindness is critical. We also split some of our time among, sites, office and home. Covid protocols in place, some work is performed remotely as  needed.
