I need yard work with palm tree trimmed this Saturday

Hello, I'm looking to hire someone to do yard work me for (2) separate houses. I need lawn mowed front and back, and palm tree pruned at my clients home in lemon grove 91945, and second house just needs lawn mowed front and back the home is in south east San Diego. This will require a lawn mower, and tree equipment to prune palm tree, the palm tree is about 20ft at lemon grove house location. You'll be removing debris from homes which won't be a-lot of debris at all, the debris will need to go to the landfill unless you have a place to take it. Total job shouldn't take longer than 2.5hrs max for the lemon grove home, and 1.5 hrs for the second house in south east San Diego. The pay for this gig is $350 This gig is perfect for someone that has landscaping experience that's looking to make some side cash for a few hours of work this weekend.
