CONCRETE CREW LEAD Phoenix Fence Company, one of Arizona’s largest fencing / gate automation companies, is seeking a high energy, hard working candidate to fill the position of Concrete / Utility Crew Lead. In this role, you will oversee the installation of concrete tracks and pads for our Gate Automation division. Responsibilities • Demolition and excavation • Running conduit for electrical and controls • Forming tracks and pads • Pouring and finishing concrete • Supervising the work of 2 laborers Key Qualifications • Good driving record / MVD a must • Ability to accurately follow written instructions and drawings • Work well with others / good supervisory skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail The successful candidate will receive an hourly wage (DOE) and benefit package including paid vacation, health, life, and dental insurance and a matching SIMPLE IRA program.
