Come grow with us ! Advanced Custom Renovations is seeking reliable residential painters and crews to work with our quickly growing remodeling team. If you are a dependable and seasoned painter with a long term focus on improvement we’d like to hear from you ! Responsibilities: * Maintains high standard customer service at all times * Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers * Completes jobs from start to finish including but not limited to: ceilings, walls, baseboards & cabinets * Prepare, clean, and tape off all job sites * Moves necessary materials and items around job site as needed * Maintains a clean work site Qualifications / Skills * Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with project manager * Ability to complete job from start to finish with little or no supervision * Attentive to detail * Proficiant with sprayers and other paint equipment experience: * Ok with 1099 sub contractor pay structure * 3+years interior residential painting experience required * Paint sprayer and trade tools * Reliable transportation * Liability insurance coverage ( if you don’t carry be willingly acquire in the first 60 days)
