Come grow with us ! Advanced Custom Renovations is seeking reliable residential hard surface flooring and bathroom crews to work with our quickly growing remodeling team. If you are a dependable and a seasoned flooring/shower installer with a long term focus on improvement we’d like to hear from you ! Responsibilities: * Maintains high standard customer service at all times * Completes jobs from start to finish including but not limited to: Demo, installation, baseboards. * complete tile showers: prep pan, wall tile installation, niches and benches. * Moves necessary materials and items around job site as needed * Maintains a clean work site Qualifications / Skills * Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with project manager * Ability to complete job from start to finish with little or no supervision * Attentive to detail and always alert * Proficiant with sprayers and other paint equipment Experience a must : * Ok with 1099 sub contractor pay structure * 3+years interior residential painting experience required * trade tools * Reliable transportation * Liability insurance coverage ( if you don’t carry be willingly acquire in the first 60 days)
