Restoration company - specializing in water damage, mold remediation, fire&smoke damage and reconstruction. We maintain a 45-minute response time for emergency situations in our coverage area. With our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, we have expanded with multiple national locations and we are currently looking for a Project manager/ Sales for our San Diego County Branch. Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced, creative, and motivated Project Manager/Estimator to contribute to the success of our branch and maintain responsibility for projects and revenues for said franchise on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: *Provide detailed and accurate estimates in relation to corporate and franchised projects. *Insure that work is performed as per contract documents. *Facilitate the authoring of operations and safety protocols and help affect those protocols. *Help develop new leads and paths to revenue via marketing, direct networking and contract acquisition. *Contribute positively to the overall impression of the company and its associated trademarks. Qualifications: *IICRC Certified in Water and/or Mold is required. *2+ years experience with mold, fire, water damage restoration and reconstruction. *An intimate knowledge of Xactimate. *Ability to author concise and readable estimates, reports, proposals and related documents. *Experience in working with insurance companies a plus. Specific Skills required: *Creative thinker with strong verbal, written and presentation skills. *Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals including global corporations, government organizations, homeowners, insurance agents etc. *Affinity for marketing. *Self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail. *Excellent organizational skills. *Must have knowledge of Xactimate *Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines. *Proven track record. *Clean CA driver license. *Spanish speaker, a plus.
