About this Position SeeScan is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to assist in the movement and stocking of our inventory. Your work will support multiple departments involved in the creation, production, and shipping of our products by helping to ensure the smooth flow of material both within our facilities and to and from our outside partners and vendors. Our ideal candidate is a proactive team player who demonstrates a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Receive, verify, and transact inventory into stocking bin locations • Support Production and all departments with inventory as required • Kit inventory for R&D and outside services • Verify sales order pack lists and pick orders • Maintain stockroom, pallet racks, and equipment, and keep area clean and organized • Maintain inventory of Production consumables • Perform inventory cycle counts • Print product documentation as required • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as required • Drive company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications • Able to effectively use a computer, and proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in math • Excellent organizational skills • Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems creatively • Effective oral and written communication in English • Customer service oriented and a team player • Must have a valid California Driver’s license and be able to show proof of personal liability insurance • A clean driving record, which must be maintained at all times • Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
