I am looking for a shih tzu puppy (also open to other hypoallergenic small puppy). I don't want to pay $500 for a puppy. It isn't that I can't afford it but I have 5 kids to take care of and also want to give them a pet!confirm puppy" I will pay when I meet you! I am legit and WILL show up. I have a 3 1/2 year old female shih tzu already so I know the care and time that goes into a shih tzu.
