Landscape company in BUDA, TX, looking to hire a full-time, skilled Area Manager with experience in irrigation systems and installation as well as landscaping and repair work. Work locations vary from Austin to Buda, Hutto, Round Rock, and Dripping Springs, etc. To start immediately. Please email resume and brief description of your related work experience and abilities. MUST HAVE • computer experience - know how to use Word, Excel, and email. • fluent in English • RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION An Asset: • Experience with ProContractor Studio • Irrigation and Backflow License • Fluent in Spanish Duties will include but are not limited to: • overseeing installations of irrigation and landscape • inspect completed irrigation systems and landscape installs to ensure jobs meet company standards and are fully completed • communicate with Builders regularly • undertake small repairs as needed • inspect, write up orders, schedule, and follow up on repairs delegated to crews • communicate with homeowners on repairs, inspections, as well as deliver documentation as required • ensure subcontractor invoice amounts are accurate for payment Benefits include: (Subject to company benefit handbook) • 401k plan with company match • Healthcare Benefits • 14 Days Annual Paid Time Off (on an accrual basis) • Disability Insurance • Life Insurance • Company Observed Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000 to start with a raise after 90 day probation period.
