retail building exterior paint bids

The exterior is two stories high. There are signages on the front. I need a painting contract that is licensed, bonded and well equipped. Please send along a copy of your license when you response to my ad, or else you won't get a reply. I also like 3 or more recent references. The interior sqft is about 10,000.00, so you get an idea how big the building is. I will accept bids for the next two weeks, and the job can be complete by May.
