We are a Property Management and Investment firm looking for a full time electrician for one of our properties in Beverly Hills. We are building a small extension to a residential home and would need someone skilled enough to provide the services below. Electrician -Read blueprints or technical diagrams -Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems -Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers -Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices -Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using handtools and power tools -Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code -Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment It would be a plus if you are flexible with other jobs and can work out of your expertise. If you also know someone that would be a good candidate for the other jobs, that would be a plus. You can bring someone with you to help you out. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
