Campus Facilities Management (CFM) provides year-round facility management service to the beautiful campus' of Oaks Christian School and Calvary Community Church located in Westlake Village. Our clients are constantly growing and creating new experiences for their patrons, CFM is on site to help them fulfill their visions. We are looking for a resourceful and responsible individual to fill a hybrid position between our Athletics and Operations departments. You will be an integral member of two departments that are responsible for the set-up and break down of athletic sports events as well as daily school and church activities. Your responsibilities would include repair and maintenance of all sports equipment along with the coordination and venue set up of day-to-day meetings, student activities, staff requests and church projects. You will assist with the organization and preparation of events, big and small, from conception through completion. Job Responsibilities Candidate will be hired to work as part of a tight knit team in both the Athletics Department and the Operations Department. Event set up/preparation and break down. Preparing fields/conference rooms/classrooms for use by teams/groups/organizations/students. Ensure venues/rooms in use for events are safely accessible to patrons. Maintain athletic equipment in good repair/condition. Always maintain venues/fields in pristine condition, even when not in use. Troubleshoot client issues with audiovisual and sports equipment located within athletic venues. Turn on/off stadium/field lighting according to "DBL" event schedule. Open/lock property gates as needed and in accordance with event schedules. Daily work ethic is positive and collaborative, as you interact with multiple departments, vendors, and clients. Team player that is capable, at times, of being flexible with work schedule Be available to help other departments as needed and/or requested. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Effective communicator and has a "can do" attitude. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, pulling bulky items such as furniture, chairs, tables, etc. using the appropriate equipment (i.e. hand trucks, carts) Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Required Deadline and detail-oriented Strong communication skills with an eye for details Ability to multi-task Ability to work within tight schedules/deadlines Ability to work well in teams as well as individually Ability to compose and respond professionally to email correspondence Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to use computer and smartphone applications Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 1:00PM - 9:30PM Sunday: 12:00PM - 8:30PM Friday/Saturday: OFF Required Screening: Background Check Valid Driver's License Tuberculosis & Drug/Alcohol Test Valid Work Authorization
