Small construction company currently seeking a skilled maintenance technician or construction worker experienced in plumbing, electrical, painting (drywall), appliance repairs, etc. Must be able to work well with others and have good people skills. This job includes working for different apartment buildings servicing weekly maintenance requests, location of work will change daily. Must be willing to travel for work (Sherman Oaks, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Santa Monica, etc). We are looking for someone immediately. Please do not apply if you do not have experience.
