Property Management Company is seeking a full-time On-Site Maintenance. Maintenance individual is required to live on-site. Individual will be overseeing six properties which is a total of 121 units. The properties are family buildings and are located in the city of Los Angeles, CA. Occupancy Standard: Minimum of 5 Persons - Maximum of 9 Persons For this position you must be income qualify. Must add up all the income of all the individuals who will be residing in the unit. You must not go over the income as stated below, gross income: 5 Person in household: $73,020 6 Persons in household: $78,420 7 Persons in household: $83,820 8 Persons in household: $89,220 The following is a brief description of the position: Keep a well-maintained appearance of the development Maintain safety and security of the development and the residents at all times Completion of service requests Interior painting and maintenance repairs Assist in move-in and move-out inspections Prepare vacated units for re-rental Exterior & interior cleaning Assist with emergencies and after hours when necessary. Requirements: 3+ years of maintenance experience High School Diploma or equivalent Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills General Handyman Repair Experience for drywall, plumbing, electrician, & painter Valid Driver License is required. Minimum of 5 individuals to 9 individuals max in the household. Must be income qualified, see information above.
