Seeking engineer/producer with chops and ability. Currently, have nice space with high ceilings; it needs to be treated and completed, especially control room. NO RENT. Currently running Studio One 5 on PC. Fair amount of already owned equipment, several small mixers, amps, keyboards, microphones, etc. Open to a variety of possibilities, including eventually, relocating in a larger community space.
