KRC Builders, INC is looking for Section 3 Subcontractors for the upcoming project-Marina Vista Community Building Doors 2021 up for Bid from the Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency. Bids may be submitted to us no later than April 8th, 2021. Possible subcontracting trades are Gates & Activating Devices, Hardware. Locks & Safes, Painting, and Doors. Email for plans & additional info. This contract is subject to Federal labor standards, Cal. Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771,1774,1775,1776,1777.5, 1813 & 1815, compliance monitoring & enforcement by SHRA & the Cal. Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, & Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprise standards. This is a Public Works project, Per Cal. State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring & enforcement by the Dep. Of Ind. Rel. (DIR).
