Our study is looking at how treatment with guselkumab, a biologic agent, can lead to psoriasis remission in patients with plaque or guttate psoriasis. We are also trying to learn how treatment with guselkumab affects your skin cells.
This study drug guselkumab, otherwise known as Tremfya, is FDA approved for the treatment of adult patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The study drug will be provided at no cost to you.
By participating in this study you will be contributing to our collective knowledge of psoriasis, which may help develop new treatments in the future.
