Looking for a skilled laborer who can measure, cut and finish metal parts used in structures like platforms, railings, stairs, ladders, gates, brackets, etc. 1st shift position with career path toward certified steel fabricator. Responsibilities include: * Layout, marking, drilling, punching, bending and cutting metal parts * Safely operate forklift, rigging and overhead crane * Read a tape measure & basic blueprints * Welding experience preferred Qualifications: * Team Player * HS diploma or GED required * Attention to detail with on-time, safe and high-quality work output * Basic math skills and able to follow instructions completely and accurately * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Northern Lights Steel Fabrication offers a competitive salary with attractive benefits including medical/dental, HSA and retirement savings programs.
