ONE COUNTRY Is One Of The South Bay Areas Most Popular Country Bands. One Country plays 30+ shows a year. The Santa Cruz County Fair, The Garlic Festival, Many shows at The Saddle Rack, Wineries, Clubs and Venues and Private Parties/Events were performances that we played in 2019. The band is comprised of excellent Professional Musicians. We rehearse in one of the best rehearsal studios in San Jose, have an excellent booking network and are professionally promoted and marketed. One Country focuses on Country Music from 70s to the 90s. Our song list includes Americana songs that we play when venue appropriate. Please note: while we do play some current songs, we prefer to put each of our players individual spin on the classic sound. We seeks a Rhythm/Lead Guitar Player with a feel for country music.  Being able to harmonize is a plus as is the ability to sing a few leads   We would prefer a player who is truly a lover of this genre and the flavors that make it great. We feature telecaster twang & mandolin and we take songs and put our spin on them. We need someone to hold down rhythm and be able to occasionally play lead lines as well.  Interested players should have plenty of stage performance experience and appropriate and reliable equipment such as electric acoustic guitar and electric guitar.
